Market Analysis Assisted Grant Thornton in identifying potential business opportunities at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This analysis was done in support of a Grant Thornton business partner. BITS was responsible for identifying the scope of EPA's market and for prioritizing opportunities within that market. We analyzed current and projected contracting opportunities to identify possible market opportunities. BITS also analyzed current and projected budgets to identify budgetary trends and projections, identified specific business opportunities and documented these opportunities.
